Pros
- Small company so you will get to know everyone
- They really celebrate diversity there
Cons
- Severe lack of communication to the point where you could barely do your job properly. Also led to a lot of unnecessary chaos and drama
- No leadership. President doesn't want her job. Has no issue saying that either if you asked her.
- CD is manipulative, not really qualified for his job (should really be an ACD) and leads by ego. Lies about almost everything he says including all the people he supposedly slept with in the office. It's so bad that everyones knows he's lying but just doesn't say anything because he'll keep on lying. He has more power than any CD should and has no issue using it to his advantage.
- Barely a work/life balance
- No accountability. If you were friends with upper management you got to keep your job even after major mistakes which costed the company millions of dollars and pissed off the clients.
- Hired people who were not really qualified for the job they put them in. Or, hired you for one job but due to lack of resources you end up doing three other jobs you are not really qualified to do. If you mess up, through no fault of your own, you're gone.
