Disorganised management, lack of proper departments and training. Undervalued staff, promised proper training and offered trainee salary range however, there was no proper training provided and classes were thrown to be taken by instructors who are unsure. More towards learning OTJ, with instructors handling 1 to more than 10 children at times.
