Pros
The workplace exudes positivity, with distinct personalities in every department brightening my day whenever I stroll through the offices. Banter is a must and is driven from the top down. A quick lesson to learn is to give as good as you get!! You get an excellent package including free food vouchers and lunches.
Cons
It's hard work (If that's a con?). I believe you get out what you put in. If you think it's an easy life, you aren't pushing yourself nearly enough.
