Very bad organisation it's more than LA La company

I do not recommend this company. The work environment is highly stressful, with constant micromanagement from leadership. Employees are not treated with respect, regardless of their role, and there is little support from HR. Working here can seriously affect your mental well-being. Unless you are prepared to handle continuous pressure and a challenging culture, it’s better to consider other options.

There appears to be frequent gossip and a lack of respectful communication, which negatively impacts team morale and overall productivity.
