Poor environment, leaders are inadequate - Anonymous employee Murray's Cheese Employee Review

The leaders came from cheese counters - they don’t have business minds, and they are constantly making errors in judgement, that is when she isn’t manipulating you. They struggle with operations, and are very disorganized. The culture is a lot of emotional manipulation, and the expectation is that you work around the clock from 11/1-12/31 to meet their unrealistic demands. They were bought by Kroger, but have no day or day involvement outside of national sales team, so you get none of their resources or business practices. Save yourself, don’t go here.
