Pros
- Good salary and packages (bonus, profit sharing, retirement plan and other benefits). - Friendly and co-operative working environment. - Salary and bonus increase gradually but the speed depends on the performance reviews and feedbacks. - Open opportunities to move to another departments or another locations (can have visa sponsor)
Cons
- Not clear development track for experienced staff. Sometimes due to limited vacancies, not too many opportunities to become manager/ senior manager
