      Pros

      You have autonomy to do the job, The culture is very positive and people focused, The benefits package is amazing, and you do not have to pay anything for it, The office is beautiful and well located, The company is very flat, so you have access to both juniors and seniors, We have a LOT of fun.

      Cons

      Some people may not adapt well to the family-owned culture type, There is a lot of work, so it is not for everyone.
