      Training provided to newbies with the software, and slowly ramp up with more and more cases assigned. Helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Overall the culture is quite lacking, more like an SME style rather than MNC, people are friendly but don’t go out of their way to interact across teams. Work can be quite mundane.
