Work shifts!
Modern developed countries are studying the possibility to decrease the average working time to less than 4 days a week and less than 8 hrs a day. And they consider a 10hr 5 day working shift MODERN SLAVERY.
An average Lebanese dedicates more than 10 hrs in his week day to his job.
According to some statistics, Lebanon is in the 3 top countries in the world to adapt the longest working shifts and
Murex is a French based establishment but is significantly taking advantage of this outdated inhuman Lebanese law. Ironic. Because it was proven that long shifts massively decrease productivity.
Even if some employees are so brainwashed to consider this normal, a visionary company should know better.
Capitalism is a sad reality, but it has levels.
