Great salary and benefits, extremely smart and talented co-workers, cool product, lots of opportunity to grow upwards in the company.

Lack of alignment and direction from a company level. OKRs and projects are set each quarter and we talk endlessly about focus and prioritization, yet projects comes out of nowhere without trading out others, there is a constant idea exchange happening in slack, especially form leadership, which is seemingly awesome, but derails the execution of what's in flight. There is often misalignment between departments near the finish line of an initiative.
