Training is very short and expectations of you knowing your job inside and out as a new comer is high. Work environment is bleak with little to no hope for advancement. Its a never ending task trying to find tools that work and when management is asked to get updated tools or tools that are just necessity, their answer is...(its not in the budget). Pay is ok, for someone with little to no rent and no family to provide for. Munters definitely does not pay what the workers are worth. Too much politics. Extremely high turn over rate. This company is like a rotating door for employees.
