Everyone assured me I was keeping up with my work however with the poor training and lack of support I was falling behind. They constantly reassured me that I was keeping up while trying to learn but I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't. Everyone was behind, no one could keep up with the workload, the person training me was just brought onto another position. This created so many problems and when I reached out for help he tried his best but it was absolutely a bother. i can not express enough HOW TERRIBLE THE ONBOARDING EXPIERENCE WAS. all this falling behind got me fired at the end of 8 months after I had finally taught myself how to use the system and manage my accounts.
