Pros
Good package with nice employee benefits. Safe job. Good worklife balance. Somehow (but not really) international. People with multiple backgrounds.
Cons
To belong to the right network is more important than skills ("old boys club"). Many managers are more focused on their own agenda than on client's and company's interest. Conservative. Slow decision making. Little degree of delegation, many people try to avoid responsibilty. Too much self-adulation.
