There are many "cons" going on at this company. The biggest one is how they treat employees. Munch Ado constantly misses payroll for months at a time and offers little to no explanation as to why. You won't even get an apology that you haven't been paid. "We are raising funds" is what you are told, and you are expected to continue to work around the clock for no paycheck.
If you are smart (or even just a semi-reasonable person) and you are reading this you will avoid "working" at Munch Ado at all costs. I put working in quotes because it's essentially a volunteer job, as you will not be paid. I cant stress this enough. You take a job here, you will be working for FREE.
They will lie to you to get you to keep working, string you along with a small check here and there, but you will not be paid the money you are owed. That is a fact.
Management has absolutely zero leadership skills. Unqualified Directors who have no clue about the product, the clients, or the resources are in charge of departments where they expect you to shoulder all of their work.
They sit back and play make believe that they are a big shot, while refusing any responsibility and refusing to do any of the work as the people on "their team" struggle to stay above water with an ever increasing workload. Disgraceful.
Do not waste your time interviewing at this company. Run from this company.
