Pros

- The company hires people with no prior experience in the area - The office has a great atmosphere. - They throw fun themed parties - The on-site environment fosters strong relationships with colleagues. - Competitive bonuses are offered - The in-house software development team is very stable and a lot of great people work there. - You can buy wine at a discounted price (into the wine club). - As a recruiter, you get to deal with a lot of different profiles, which gives you a lot of experience very quickly - The office has a great coffee machine and fruit always available

Cons

- Toxic environment - Bad management - The IT recruitment team does not have achievable metrics, and there is no room for discussion. - They require on-site interviews. - Very high employee turnover of recruiters and business managers. By the time I left, 98% of the coworkers I started with had left. - Not a lot of opportunities for advancement within the company. Several people asked about the possibility of making a lateral move and were told no. Later, outside hiring was done. - The consultants don't have a lot of support from the company's side (although the company is working on this). - Withholding of bonuses. - A lot of weird comments expressed by management about how to make employees more productive. - Passive agressive language in meetings - Low flexibility when it comes to needing a day out of the office - The first two weeks of August are a designated vacation period for the company. All employees (recruiters and business managers) are expected to use their vacation time during this time. - You are expect to work after hours. - The onboarding process isn't very comprehensive. New hires are thrown into the deep end with minimal training.

Pros

This is a consultancy with a very open-minded and modern approach. The workspace, which I had the opportunity to visit both for work and during social events, is welcoming, well-designed, and stands out in a positive way. The team is mostly composed of young, friendly, and approachable professionals. One of the most distinguishing aspects of this consultancy is its commitment to creating initiatives that bring external consultants closer to the internal structure — a truly valuable differentiator. It was the first consultancy I worked with that built a solid support network for its consultants. It was through this experience that I met Beatriz, who acted as my manager, talent supporter, and HR contact. Beatriz was always available, not just for professional matters but also for personal support. While we had regular monthly meetings, what truly stood out was knowing I could reach out to her anytime, through any channel, on any day of the week. She consistently made an effort to keep consultants engaged by inviting me to the office, to company events, and to celebrations. I genuinely felt like a part of the company — which, to me, made all the difference. Having a dedicated and present point of contact like Beatriz was a key part of my positive experience. Every company should have someone like her — a professional who is supportive, caring, and truly impactful. I am very grateful for the difference she made in my professional life.

Cons

Sometimes it was difficult to get feedback from the client, but it wasn't Multivision's fault.
