      very transparent and a honest company. they tell you what they expect from you clearly. If you tell what you are looking for them too. they are open and tell if its possible or not and if possible in what time line.

      I have not had any issues with them till now.

      Pros

      Multivision is as transparent a company can get. I interacted more with their CFO and HR than the other leadership teams. They were also straight and transparent.

      Cons

      the pay is relatively less compared to others in the markets or the industry, but this is ok considering the perks they offer.
