Pros
The folks at Multiview have created a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, and a truly positive culture, with good work-life balance, all while being remote-first. This is no easy feat.
Management and senior leadership genuinely seems to care about each individual employee, and in-turn, the employees care about the clients and the success of the business.
From the technical side of things, there are some really strong team members in Engineering that I have already learned a lot from, and there is a concerted push to modernize the stack and architecture. I am really looking forward to being a part of that journey.
Cons
The core product is a legacy system and has the usual quirks and intricacies of older software. There are some real modernization efforts underway, though, and I think we can get to a much better state within a year or two.
