The offices are friendly and open-spaced. The company will arrange a standing desk if you prefer, so willing to accommodate alternative workstation formats. There are many amenities, including drinks and snacks, provided by the company. There are company-wide events during the year that include families, such as camping and team-building days. The senior-level management have open-door policies that foster a sense of teamwork. It's a very employee-oriented company that works to keep its employees happy and understands work-life balance. My colleagues are very friendly, respectful and professional towards each other which makes for a good working environment.
Cons
Parking is difficult with the lot being very small and not accommodating the number of employees on site.
