Growth opportunity for people with different background, benefit allowing to work from abroad certain amount of time, office with a beautiful view, understanding management. One of the best career growth places, in case if you are active and you show the wish to change and learn - this opportunity will be provided to you (lack of clear expectations and training in new position is possible depending on your new designation, but they will try to be attentive to your challenges)
Cons
1. Personally for me wrong field (extremely subjective point) 2. lack of training for certain positions 3. lack of team spirit across departments, often feels like different departments do not sense that we are all working for one goal and conflict internally. 4. Managers that are not leaders, they just know how to manage a project, not people. (different from dep to dep) 5. Constant changes in department structure and bonus system changes every 2-3 months. 6. Technical issues get resolved quite slowly, new necessary technical developments can take quite a while
