Pros

Nothing much to say about pros in this organization.

Cons

Worst organization ever. There is no proper planning or anything. Lot of rework happens. There is no work life balance people will call you at 9 am in the morning and also 9 pm in the night. If you take sick leave they are gonna ask you to do patch work like CSS, pushing the data into server Fun fact is some times you need to work on weekends if you fail to do so they are gonna gang up target you. If you have any idea the seniors will not listen ( in fact they don't have knowledge to understand on what you are saying) and start crying at you. There is no proper HR team as well. Coming to salaries they don't give on time if you ask for salary they feel like you are asking their personal assests. There is no health insurance when asked about it they said they will provide but it has been almost 13 months since they said they are gonna provide. IF YOU HAVE PROPER SKILLSET AND LOOKING FOR BRIGTH FURTURE PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. Last but not least if a person who doesn't have skill set fails to submit their deliverables as developer they are gonna make them as PROJECT LEAD/TEAM LEAD.

Pros

Smart, driven team: You’re surrounded by incredibly bright people who care about the work and push you to get better. Cutting-edge problems: You get to work on stuff that’s genuinely hard and technically interesting — not just incremental improvements. High autonomy: If you know what you’re doing, you’ll have plenty of room to make decisions and run with ideas. Impactful work: Your contributions actually matter — small teams, big outcomes. Collaborative mindset: Despite the intensity, most folks are approachable and willing to help when things get tough.

Cons

Pace can be relentless: The workload and expectations are high; not much room to coast. High bar for competency: It’s not the place for people looking to “find their footing” — you’re expected to ramp up fast. Limited structure: Processes and priorities can shift quickly, which can be exciting or chaotic depending on your style. Work-life balance varies: Depends a lot on your team and your ability to set boundaries. Feedback can be blunt: The culture values directness, which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.
