Toxic work environment - Fabrication Assistant Multiquip Employee Review

Where do I even begin. First of all the leads, employees and even the lady that does orientation all yell and disrespect people. Passive aggressive and angry management, managers are bullies. Managers allow long-term employees to bully and harass new employees. My lead just sat on his butt in a desk for most of the day with a screen pulled up pretending to work. Do as I say not as I do mentality. Rude obnoxious and clickish.
