Pros
Not the typical agency I’ve worked with, where you have to go through a meticulous process only to be told you didn’t pass. MultiplyMii is different — they are direct and not into long, drawn-out processes. I was matched with my client within two weeks. Their HR team is accommodating and very communicative, and their team leaders are helpful.
Cons
Very pro-client. I worked with a client and everything was smooth at the beginning. However, after six months, the head of our operations was removed from the company, and the CEO stepped in to take over the role. He became very micromanaging, which affected my mental health and gave me anxiety every time I worked, as he would personally attack me in his feedback. It took me two months to finally decide to resign because the situation was unhealthy, and MultiplyMii did not take any action to address it.
