No Pros at all. Worst organisation I ever came across

Unethical Hiring Process They issue offer letter take the data and then discontinue the offer after taking enough data

Can't think of any pros

-- No AI in this company. Wherever they say they are solving with AI, it's either repeated manual intervention or a one-off solution with many people deployed onto the most urgent task. -- They expect employees to work on a 'free-tier' basis for them for the first few days. Whoever came up with this idea, please get rid of it. Test all you want before you decide to hire them, but once you do, don't expect them to come work for free. -- Probably the worst onboarding experience anyone could have -- No professionalism -- Delayed saraly -- Not honest towards employees at any point in time -- Lack of clarity in leadership, no proper aim or direction to head a company
