Too many Indians filled with.

-only one Saturday a month work after probation. - events and programs -salary around 6-7th of the month

-very unprofessional interview setting. Everyone called at the same time. Long waiting’s no punctuality. -very unclear about the hiring process. 2 days trial. - toxic culture. Owner and wife are good but the rest of the management especially North Indian gang is very toxic. - different washrooms for upper level and other employees. - in the pantry dining settings are weird. You are not allowed to sit in certain tables. - different sets of plates and cutlery for upper and lower mgt. -HRBP treats others very disrespectfully.anyone below her level is a servant to her. - everything is fake . Everyone talks behind each other’s back. HR recruiter is a waste of money doesn’t work. No one in hr is interested in working. -unprofessional conversations between coworkers. - inappropriate workplace jokes (gifting condoms and making sexist comments) - most employees are unhappy
