Pros

Nice ambiance Semi-flexible hours Casual clothing Work from home possible if sick/unavailable Very little overtime Listening boss

Cons

Constantly changing management Salary too low compared for senior programmer/developers, but a nice place to start for juniors Often changing specifications during a project, which leads to estimates often being totally useless Company will often take unrelated projects/sites which aren't that great to work on

Thank you for sharing your experience with us at MultipleMedia. We are proud to take into consideration your comments. As you said, we aim to develop as many and diverse projects as possible. We love working with new technologies: it is part of our DNA. We are also proud to open our doors to junior developers and give them a place to grow. Last year, more than 10 Labs/Research projects were conducted by them. Our strength is that we are constantly questionning ourselves and improving our processes. We seek for a balance between hard work, company's culture and employees profesionnal development. We are comitted to putting those principles into action.
