Pros

Some colleagues are good. Can learn a lot in tensile membrane if you are interested

Cons

The Boss craving of acknowledgment that everyone (including people outside his office) have to called him with his prefix title. Expect everyone to do OT everyday. He likes to come around 5PM to call for a meeting. He will get angry if you are not in office when he look for you, even if it 7PM already. When you sick, only acknowledge from 1 clinic in West near the office. 2months notice / pay 2months salary when resigning kind of long. On the contrary, when people told to leave, within hours without the 2months notice or compensation. The company is quite specialised so when you resign there is limitation of where you can go, while competitors are listed in company manual to be forbidden for ex-employees to work for several years ahead. Heard that have intention to POFMA an ex-employee for bad reviews. Seems like they are not open for critics.

Pros

Team is supportive in willing to teach you. Nothing else.

Cons

Deeply biased management. Terrible boss & management. When will they ever learn?Don’t join this company. Turnover rate is very high and they are faking reviews now. Can’t believe they have gotten worse than ever. Don’t fall for the trap. Would not even give a star If I could.

Pros

The team is highly collaborative and has a strong sense of support across departments. I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse campaigns from branding to digital lead generation that really helped me build both creative and analytical skills. Work life balance is reasonable for the industry, and the culture encourages teamwork rather than competition.

Cons

Timelines can be tight when projects are launching, which may require extra hours occasionally.
