Pros

No pro from this company

Cons

This is one of the most disrespectful workplaces I have experienced. Management shows little to no regard for employees’ well-being or personal time. Employees are frequently pressured to work overtime and even on weekends, yet there is no overtime compensation provided. This expectation is treated as normal, even though it places an unfair burden on staff. The boss strongly discourages employees from taking leave or medical leave (MC). When someone takes leave, it is viewed negatively and employees may be spoken about badly. This creates a stressful and uncomfortable environment where people feel afraid to take time off even when they are sick. Meetings are often scheduled at the very end of the workday, which further shows the lack of respect for employees’ personal time. On top of that, many employees are expected to handle responsibilities far outside their job scope. Overall, the workplace culture is highly unsupportive and unfair. If you are considering joining this company, think carefully before accepting an offer.

Pros

Team is supportive in willing to teach you. Nothing else.

Cons

Deeply biased management. Terrible boss & management. When will they ever learn?Don’t join this company. Turnover rate is very high and they are faking reviews now. Can’t believe they have gotten worse than ever. Don’t fall for the trap. Would not even give a star If I could.

Pros

The team is highly collaborative and has a strong sense of support across departments. I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse campaigns from branding to digital lead generation that really helped me build both creative and analytical skills. Work life balance is reasonable for the industry, and the culture encourages teamwork rather than competition.

Cons

Timelines can be tight when projects are launching, which may require extra hours occasionally.
