      Work environment is good and people are cooperative Sites are in good places to live Cares about engagement Excelent health care plan

      Cons

      Short term plans and changing very fast Reacts to competition instead of leading Besides there is a technical career path, it doesnt seams to be encouraged, as growth is very slow

      Pros

      Company offers a ton of different internal trainings that are really recognized by the market.

      Cons

      You need to establish the boundaries on your work life balance. The company will give you a lot to work on but, in my case, the leadesrhip always help when asked.
