      Pay and meeting new people. Even thought they were getting beat by Multi-South.

      Cons

      Racist, never paid bills, let tenants live in slum (MertonManor), will try to ruin your name with other companies, will let you work in the worst communities if you are black, and they will not give you the tools you need to succeed.

      There are literally none. I suppose the pay was average but that’s all, average

      Horrible leadership. Poor communication terrible tenant relations run down properties. Awful treatment of employees. Tenants that steal tools from you. Constant smell of marijuan property wide. See
