Pros
Hires students out of school, with little to no experience. Paid training for 2-3 weeks, and longer if needed. Teaches sonographers new modalities, and pays them to learn! Provides study materials and incentives for techs who obtain and maintain registries. Listens to feedback to help make the work environment a better place. Strong support system for all employees.
Cons
Travel to offices with equipment, schedule may change, time off is based on coverage so have to submit well in advance.
