Pros
Overall, good company to work for. Good work environment, nice people, realistic workload & pressure. If you perform well, you can have a good career here, but not much in the way of promotion opportunities once you're in management. During the couple of years made nice improvements to what were sub-standard benefits. Addition of new executives in the last year makes company stronger & future brighter.
Cons
Office space is outdated & too small. Since new ownership, training for professional staff & management almost non-existent. Based on what I heard from a recruiter who called me, pay is under other beverage companies.
