      People are great and pay is decent. Benefits are paid for by company.

      Cons

      Raises are capped to your experience for the most part. If you want a big raise you have to really go above and beyond.

      Pros

      Great culture, good work-life balance. You get out what you put in. Hard work is recognized. It is evident that the company and it's owners care about their employees as people beyond just workers. Coworkers and supervisors are encouraging and helpful.

      Cons

      Technically challenging. Other than that, no cons.
