      Pros

      There are a lot of talented people working at MHP. They care about their customers, they take care of each other and they are some of the most experienced people in the industry.

      Cons

      We are behind-the-times in some areas, but we have some fresh new members on the leadership team and good things are happening.

      Pros

      Great group of guys that will always be there to answer questions.

      Cons

      Will micro manage you, even when its a slow season. Not so good with communication, used to just schedule zoom meetings with no explanations or anything.
