      People were dropping like flies whether they quit, got fired or laid off Leadership does not have solid direction Limited resources Reaching profitability via layoffs - no sign of product market fit No resources for customer support so lots of unhappy customers

      Pros

      I have been able to grow my knowledge base, given support from leadership to create. Small team but we have done big things.

      Cons

      Small team big retail partners so heavy work load. Old procedures from the previous team, but we are building new ones bit by bit.
