      Pay was good when paid on time

      Cons

      NEVER paid on time through my 8 month work period. I had to discuss with each owner multiple times about being paid on time. When I spoke to Sanjay about the importance of being paid on time he began to treat me rudely and even ignore emails and messages. Several employees experienced the same thing as myself and ultimately left as well, 6 that I encountered during my time there.

      Pros

      Mudflap is a scrappy, mission-driven team working to modernize an industry that’s long overdue for a refresh. The pace is fast, the impact is real, and your ideas are genuinely heard. You get to build alongside smart, motivated people, and there’s a strong sense of ownership and camaraderie. We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun doing it. If you’re a builder who’s excited by growth, impact, and creating something meaningful from the ground up, this is a great team.

      Cons

      The pace and ambiguity aren’t for everyone. Work-life balance can be challenging at times, and because we’re building as we go, plans and priorities can shift quickly. You need to be comfortable operating without a lot of structure.
