Fantastic place to work, Environment is great collaborative fast-paced and full of innovative thinkers putting their heads together to solve real problems in farming, striving to help growers and the environment. People are fantastic, management is great and it is so good to have a CTO and CEO who are fully engaged in the day-to-day and the long-term. Work is engaging and innovative with opportunities to work on new tech and get into the field and test things in the real world and feel the sun (or rain) on your face during the summer months. Highly flexible work hours and an interesting workspace make for great conversations and always something new to look forward to. Great place for new proactive learners or experienced professionals to dive into something worthwhile and not be held back by disconnected overseers!

It's a startup so it comes with its growing pains. Some days can be long, especially during harvest time It doesn't have some of the perks of a Larger cooperate company (yet)

Lots of autonomy, flexibility and freedom of design New ideas are listened to and encouraged Hands-on job, so very refreshing way of working with mix of practical and theoretical effort. Easily approachable management

Can have some long days and away from family as timeframes are short and locations are different for a short part of the year. Despite that it is a lot of fun.
