      Pros

      Has some great coworkers and the concept behind Mudbots is the future.

      Cons

      The problem is the CEO is very rough. He has some issues with design philosophies and wants to stretch every single dollar possible. Even if the product turns out inferior or will be prone to breaking.

      Great work environment, everyone is trying to improve themselves and the company. Lots of opportunity to make money outside of base salary.

      Cons

      Must work hard. If you don't know how to work, it's not for you.

      The CEO(owner) has poor management skills poor people skills Employees are under paid and over work. They take on more responsibility then there job title asks for
