Pros
Has potential. Expensive office rent and fancy furniture, ocean views with flexible lunch breaks, some staff take up to 2 hour and the freedom for as many smoke breaks as they like.
Cons
Enormous inconsistencies, constant change of product pricing, constant change of pay role system with the struggle to make ends meet. Very poor product resembles a tipping system. No structure or quality management, huge lack of business knowledge and maturity. Struggling to stay afloat and only have 40 clients.
