      nice office premises which can make you encourage to work

      Cons

      in 2021 removed maximum emplyees. No job security here. During a small issue my drunk manager started abusing me over phone call. never expected such behavior from Senior.

      Good place to start your career and get hands-on experience with SQL and database management. Exposure to real-time projects and practical data scenarios. Supportive team members who help you when you are new. Stable organization in terms of job security.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth and learning beyond your assigned role. Workload can be high at times with tight deadlines. Average work-life balance. Compensation and appraisals are not very competitive compared to market standards.
