Great Company Culture - Service and Install Manager Mr. Security Camera Employee Review

This company brought me on when I had very little relative experience and took a chance on me. Since my first year, I have received excellent reviews and substantial raises each year. They have full benefits as well as 401k match plan options. This is a company I can really stand by.

They are still working out some kinks being a younger company, but you can tell they really care about getting it right.

MSC has great benefits, willing to train if inexperienced, also offers training to grow with the company. I know from experience myself, I had little to none office experience now I am training for a different position with the company!

No downsides with the company. My only advice to the future employee's is to always communicate with the company. They are very understanding no matter what!
