      Pros

      This company brought me on when I had very little relative experience and took a chance on me. Since my first year, I have received excellent reviews and substantial raises each year. They have full benefits as well as 401k match plan options. This is a company I can really stand by.

      Cons

      They are still working out some kinks being a younger company, but you can tell they really care about getting it right.

      The company has a great culture of really caring about their employees. You have a voice here and the company enjoys feed back from its employees

      A little lacking on the amount of holidays but they are working on it.

      Pros

      MSC has great benefits, willing to train if inexperienced, also offers training to grow with the company. I know from experience myself, I had little to none office experience now I am training for a different position with the company!

      Cons

      No downsides with the company. My only advice to the future employee's is to always communicate with the company. They are very understanding no matter what!
