      The culture, the family feel, and overall way the business is run is motivating but not overwhelmingly stressful. Fun and supportive environment that pushes employees to work to their fullest potential.

      Cons

      There are costs and benefits of being a small business. Working for a small cash flow business can have a similar feel of working for a start up company. Can be very exciting, however it can be all hands on deck to fulfill whatever business needs are necessary. Business can continue to evolve and work on getting up to date with some practices.

      Poor management Checks always off short you on hr Take deductible out with no answers why when u ask After 6 months they look for reason to fire you Owner think he can talk to employees how every he wants watched him scream and staff and cuse at them and put them on unpaid leave Can't do any work in a 50mile range bc they have been ban from multiple twon and city's What you to do illegal work bc you get the fine not them
