      This company has been amazing to me! They have really given me a chance and have been behind me all the way. The people here are awesome and they really take the time to train you

      Cons

      There is sometimes down time and if you are not the proactive type you may get bored. You have to find work to do on your own between your regular duties.

      Poor management Checks always off short you on hr Take deductible out with no answers why when u ask After 6 months they look for reason to fire you Owner think he can talk to employees how every he wants watched him scream and staff and cuse at them and put them on unpaid leave Can't do any work in a 50mile range bc they have been ban from multiple twon and city's What you to do illegal work bc you get the fine not them
