Every other workplace will feel better.

1) owner is an entitled insecure brat 2) their modus operandi is using the labour of employees for free by joining them and exploiting them to the point that they quit within a month 3) no structure and vision 4) expects 70 hour work week

The only pro you can find in this company is by resigning.

1. Both the lady owners are rude and don't even know how to talk professionally. 2. Won't pay on time 3. Amount will be deducted from your salary without notice. 4. They will have you extend hours and no extra pay but will still deduct pay. 5. Everything they promise at the time of interview won't be true. 6. Fnf would take more than 3 months to settle, that too after you keep on following up.
