      No job security (you may fired with one call) Bad bench policy(you will go home after 2 months of pay if you are in bench) Lots of politics between TFG and delivery teams to deploy in projects Bad work culture No work life balance Managers valued only boot licking employees and honest resources won't get enough recognition Less pay More pressure
