Pros
There are very few reasons as to why one should be working for Mphasis. Until last year, there was one reason; there was no variable component of pay. From this financial year this is introduced and the whole system is getting screwed up. Rating is not given as per your working. If the older pay policy is restored, this can be a place to work.
Cons
Employee treatment is not satisfactory; baising in terms of regional, lingual, closeness to management, etc are adopted. On good projects too. All crap projects are being bid for less to show profits. New ventures are not explored.
