Project Mananger - Project Manager Mphasis Employee Review

Poor management .. No career growth.. No pay raises Worst off all you work full time but you are treated like a contractor once the project gets over like you are 0 value to them. Giving 4 weeks to find another project is not acceptable for a full time employee as it does not reflect the employee ability to get staffed but timing especially when all projects are client staff aug and there are zero full project won by the company Dont join this company onsite (US, UK, etc)
