Supportive Leadership & Great Culture - Anonymous employee Mpathic Employee Review

Entering back into the employee work space after being self-employed most of my adult life, it was an absolute blessing to have worked for Mpathic. I have never experienced a more uplifting, positive, and supportive work environment before. I attribute this especially to those that lead this company. The account managers and team leads comprise of integrity driven individuals who truly have the over all well-being of it's employees aka "team members" at heart.

I genuinely cannot think of any cons.

Supportive leadership and co-workers; positive and respectful culture; accessible leadership; and opportunities to learn and grow. Also, this was 100% remote which made work-life balance managable.

Like many growing companies, some processes were still evolving.
