      Good Work-life Balance, Work from Home Policy, Decent Benefits

      Cons

      Very slow Growth, Huge Internal Politics, slow increment - less than 7 % since 2012. No policy on Discrimination based on Sexual Orientation hence rampant Homophobia at workplace.

      Pros

      An absolutely wonderful environment for a summer internship. Everyone is so kind and friendly and an intern can really a hands on look at the issues affecting the film industry. The pay is solid and the office is very cool.
