An absolutely wonderful environment for a summer internship. Everyone is so kind and friendly and an intern can really a hands on look at the issues affecting the film industry. The pay is solid and the office is very cool.

Hybrid schedule, interesting industry to work in, health benefits are good.

If you're incompetent or a favorite, you'll get promoted here. Leadership is clueless, overall company is stuck in the 1990's as far as technology and basic business practices. Too much ego and not enough know-how in the executive suite. Balance of work is off-kilter. Some employees seem to have too much time on their hands while others are slaving away nonstop.
